April 21 and 28, 2017, the first phase of induction training was carried out by the Human Resources Department, as a way to enable the new employees to have a better understanding of Han’s Property and adapt quickly to their work.

The training contents mainly include: Han’s Property profile, corporate culture, rules and regulations, occupational health and safety, property management fundamentals, and service etiquette.

We invited six training instructors, including DGM Luo Hua, personnel manager Zhao Ming. Through various case analysis, scenario simulation and game interaction, the instructors make the training easy to understand, with a pleasing atmosphere.

To ensure a good training effect, an “ice-breaking” game was organized to make the new employees familiar with each other before the start of the training.

After the training, a test was held and personnel manager, Zhao Ming, awarded the “Certificate of Honor” to the three“Outstanding Trainees”.

Through the productive training, the new recruits better know Han’s Property and have great confidence in its future development. We will continue to improve such training and strive to provide the most practical guidance. We do hope every new colleague has a good career at Han’s Property!
