Shenzhen Han’s Territory is located to the north of Shenzhen Shawan Check Station, connects to Shaxi River in the east, and borders on Zhangshubu Park in the south. It has a building area of 330,000m2, integrating club, kindergarten, stores, high-rise buildings and commercial apartments, etc.

Combining elegancy with modernity, the architectural design emphasizes the proportionality of scale and the relationship between contrast and rhythm, and attaches importance to the effect of riverside cluster. The flexible application of warm colors and textural materials embraces the uniqueness of modern European elegance to create the buildings of international style and a theme community with both natural and cultural landscapes.
