Han’s Laser Building

Located at No. 9 Xinxi Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the Building has a total building area of 29,500 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.64, and a greening coverage of 17%, with 120 parking spaces. With 7 floors including 1 underground floor and 6 aboveground floors, the Building is divided into production area and R&D area. The R&D area is mainly for research & development of laser equipment, while the production area is for production of laser equipment. Put into service in 2005, the Building is an early research & development and production base of Han’s Laser. Now, there are 1,500-2,000 persons working in the Building.
