Han’s Sci-tech Center

Located in the central area of Gaoxin District, Shenzhen, the building has a total building area of 77,300 square meters. It borders on Shennan Avenue and faces Shenzhen University across the road in the south, connects to Kejizhong First Road in the east, and abuts on Tencent Building in the west and Huaqiang Electronic Technology Building in the north. The 17,300m2 parking lot offers 380 parking spaces. With 26 aboveground floors and 3 underground floors, the building is 99.55m tall, or 118m tall including the roof structure.

Han’s Sci-tech Center was put into service officially in 2010. Its main customers include Han’s Group headquarters, business departments and subsidiary companies as well as external tenants including Tencent and ICBC, etc.
