The project is located in Beitou Community, Nanshan Street, Shenzhen, adjacent to Guimiao Road in the north and Qianhai Road in the west, linking Qianhai and Houhai areas in the economic belt of the headquarters of the Bay Area.
The project covers a land area of 48,600 square meters and a total building area of 337,000 square meters. It is an urban compound functional project integrating residential, commercial, office and supporting facilities.
