Training About “Communication Skills” & "Trends and Innovative Practices of Real Estate" Successfully Held

A training session concerning “Cross-department Communication and Collaboration Skills" and "Trends and Innovative Practices of Real Estate"  was successfully held in Dec 27-28, 2016 by Human Resources and Operations Planning Dept., aiming to learn the effective organization modes and collaborative management experience of benchmarking real estate enterprises and thus to improve the management ability of the management team. A total of 120 executives from the group company and project companies attended the training.

The training theme of the first day is “Cross-department Communication and Collaboration Skills" , spoke by Zhou Xiqi, chief architect of World Coffee (China). As operations director at SoL China and founder of Sun Yat-Sen University Learning Laboratory, Zhou represents as a management expert in this field. In his speech, six steps were involved in the training to achieve the very purpose of communication: set goals in advance, clear communication needs, state viewpoints, deal with communication objections, reach communication agreement, implement common agreement, and create opportunities.

Many other communication methods were shared by Lecturer Zhou as well: Boldly communicate with superiors; Wisely communicate with the same level; Patiently communicate with subordinates; and tolerantly communicate with customers and suppliers.Good communication skills can help us establish emotional contacts with all communication objects, and win-win outcome can be finally achieved.

The next day, Dr. Jiang Zhong Yue, chairman of SAP Management Consulting Co, gave a speech on "Trends and Innovative Practices of Real Estate" . Dr. Jiang is also the lecturer of “President Class of Real Estate” of Peking University, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University and Sun Yat-sen University. On improving the management and distribution capability and product quality, he shared with us a large number of practical cases, and made an in-depth analysis of current management status and industry trends.

Dr. Jiang cited a wealth of cases in a humorous way, which deeply attracted the trainees.
